We are excited you've made your way to our online shop. Our coffee is roasted on site here in Norfolk and packed straight away by our team, keeping the beans fresher for longer.

Single Origin Coffee
Single-origin roasted coffee is the best way to get the most consistent flavour out of your coffee. This is especially important for coffee purists and those who enjoy tasting all the different notes that a good harvest has to offer.
A coffee blend is a combination of different beans roasted together to create a unique flavour profile. Most blends consist of two or three different types of bean. Some have up to five or six. Blending different beans allows roasters to create a complex flavour not achievable through roasting a single-source bean.
Our rotating selection of guest coffees are hand picked by our roasters to offer unique and exciting crop varieties and flavours.
We rotate the coffees regularly to give customers an opportunity to try a wide range of different flavours and origins.
We aim to dispatch domestic orders placed by 1pm, Monday to Friday, on the day of purchase. Orders received after 1pm, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched the next working day. We use the most appropriate 2-day tracked courier service for the size and value of order.
Wholesale orders are usually roasted to order and dispatched within 3 working days. We deliver locally, especially where customers use refillable containers. For deliveries further afield, we use the most appropriate 2-day tracked courier service for the size and value of order. However, if you need your coffee sooner, please do not hesitate to call or make clear when placing an order. We will do our best to meet your needs.
DELIVERY CHARGES – UK MAINLAND
Delivery is free for orders over £30 or £3.00 for under £30. Prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change these prices and/or the couriers we use, at our own discretion. Tracking is available to all UK Mainland orders, and you will receive SMS and email updates regarding your delivery if you provide this at checkout. Safe places can be nominated for your delivery (shed, greenhouse etc.) just leave a note upon checkout and we will pass this on.
DAMAGED GOODS / NON-ARRIVALS
In the unlikely event that your goods don’t arrive in perfect condition (split bag, water damage etc), please photograph the package and email us at email@example.com explaining the nature of the problem. We will endeavour to resolve this as quickly as possible.
We use reputable and reliable couriers, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order doesn’t arrive within 10 days of dispatch, please get in touch and we will get the matter resolved.
